HOW TO REGISTER:

Returning Families, before filling out student registration form below, please schedule a registration appointment for 11/17/22.

​

New families -schedule a registration appointment for 11/21/22. Once you have scheduled an appointment you will complete all the steps listed below in person at  your appointment.

 

 

Registration fees: $40 per family, per year​

​

Returning families, once you have made your registration appointment, please follow the steps below in order. You do not have to fill out most forms again if you were enrolled during the fall semester, but make sure to review the policies with your children.

​

​Each family is required to volunteer for 3-4 (4 hour shifts) per semester. You will register to volunteer at your in-person registration appointment.

 

You will pay your registration and material fees in person at your registration appointment.​

4. Have your students read the Student Agreement and Sign HERE

(each student over the age of 10 must sign one). (new families only or children who turned 10 since fall registration)

5. Read and sign the Photo Release HERE (new families only)

6. Read and sign the COVID-19 Liability Release HERE  (new families only)

7. Read and sign the Parent/Guardian Release form HERE (new families only)
