Paul and Kim Dyar
Paul Dyar has served a variety of roles in the church of God: senior pastor, missionary and youth pastor. He, his wife, and 4 children served in Honduras for 8 years. He was the Territorial Overseer for Church of God World Missions while also pastoring a church there. The Dyars assisted in starting a Christian school, medical clinic, food programs, and helped create numerous churches, evangelism opportunities, and discipleship programs while serving in Honduras. Most recently he served for 4 years at Busby Church of God in Loretto, TN as senior pastor. We are blessed to have Pastor Paul and his family serving with us.
Tim and Trish Jones
Tim and Trish have served in a variety of areas in their ministry experience, including working with singles, and doing associate and administrative work. Tim has a Bachelor's degree in Christian Leadership from Lee University. Tim and Trish have already proven a blessing to AMCOG. They play instrumental roles many areas: teaching and preaching, greeting, media and children’s ministry, among others!
Dre Hilton grew up in St. Louis and is the son of a pastor. He has been involved in the church most of his life. He carries a passion and vibrancy when leading people into the presence of God.
In addition to leading in praise and worship, he is a singer, performer, motivational speaker & TV show host. In 2014 Dre Hilton started a career in children's music with the release of a song called “Yes I Can Can”. The song and music video went around the world which led him to travel to schools, churches & other youth organizations with a fun filled stage show for children. Josh and Lauren have served our teens in Forward Youth Ministry since 2015. They have been involved in youth and worship ministry for the past 15 years. They love to see people grow in their relationship with Christ and identity as people. They've been in Tennessee since 2012 and are officially Vols fans. Josh & Lauren Travers
Kathy retired after 30 years of teaching in the Blount County School system. She has been a member of the staff at AMCOG since 2009. Her son, Andy McCorkle and his wife, Leah, are also ministers. They have given Kathy two beautiful grandaughters! Kathy loves sports and is a VFL.
Gary & Pam Stott
Gary and Pam lead Manna Outreach Ministries, our food pantry. Manna provides a grocery cart full of food for around 600 families per month. They have 4 children together and are loving grandparents. Justin Ford leads our Royal Rangers ministry. The Royal Rangers program is an activity-based, small group church ministry for boys and young men in grades K-6. Their mission is to evangelize, equip and empower the next generation of Christlike men and lifelong servant leaders. Justin and his wife Tami have three awesome school-age children. Tami Ford leads our Mpact Clubs Girl's Ministry. Girls in grades K-6 are guided on a journey where they gain a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ and realize their importance and potential in God’s kingdom. The girls use Bible stories, memory verses, and a variety of fun and engaging activities to learn biblical truths for victorious living and how to impact their world for Christ. Tami is married to Justin, the Royal Ranger leader. They both work in the public school system and enjoy being with kids. She enjoys bike rides, loves gut laughs that make you cry, and is a big fan of glitter or anything shiny.

Operation Christmas Child
Vicki Albright is the Operation Christmas Child (OCC) Project and Collection Leader here at AMCOG. Vicki and Lydia Harmon work together running OCC. Vicki has worked in different ministries for more than 25 years and has served in OCC for 4 years now. Last year OCC at AMCOG alone collected over 500 shoe boxes that went to children all over the world. Vickie is married to Bob. They have 5 adult children: Joshua, Seth, Timothy, Elijah and Isaac (pictured). They also have 4 grandchildren. To learn more about OCC, click the button below.
Randy Heflin leads our security team here at AMCOG. The security team works during services and special events to ensure the safety of every member and visitor here. They are a 12 member team serving on a rotating weekly schedule. He and his wife Angie are currently serving as deacons as well. They've been married for 25 years and have two adult children, Justin Taylor and Miranda Heflin. They are also 20 year members of the church. Josh works on the media/technology at AMCOG. He has been tinkering with computers and media since he was a kid. For his day job he works at Newell Brands training forklift drivers and creating/managing databases. Josh and wife Stephanie married in 2013 and have two beautiful young children. Shaun and Erin have been married almost 20 years. They have two teenagers, Michael and Joy who are both serving the Lord. They moved here from Florida and have lived in Maryville for the last six years. They have served in a variety of ministry roles through the years. Derrick Harmon leads and coordinates the AMCOG greeters ministry, but he is most passionate about teaching the word of God and discipling adults with young families. Derrick and his wife Lydia were married in 2009 and have two children who are active in the children's ministry at AMCOG. Derrick and Lydia have been members at AMCOG for 9 years and both served in a variety of ministries. The greeters ministry seeks to welcome everyone who walks through the church doors. AMCOG greeters is a volunteer ministry made up of people of all ages who have a welcoming smile and a warm heart. Greeters volunteer for 3 month intervals.
