Paul Dyar, along with his wife, Kim, has joyfully served the Church of God in many capacities over the years—as lead pastors, missionaries, and youth and associate pastors. Their ministry journey began with seven years of youth and associate pastorate in both Ohio and Tennessee. God then opened the door for Paul and Kim to pastor the South Haven Church of God in Maryville, Tennessee.

After five years of pastoring, the Lord led them to move their four children to Honduras, where they served as missionaries. Their work first began among the deaf community in northern Honduras before moving to the eastern region, where Paul became the territorial overseer of the Bay Islands and the Gracias a Dios jungle region, as well as the National Overseer of Belize for the Church of God. During this time, they also pastored the French Harbour Church of God and helped establish a Christian bilingual school, a medical clinic, and a feeding program. Their ministry extended even further as they supported church planting, organized evangelism efforts, and built discipleship programs throughout the area.

After eight fulfilling years serving the beautiful people of Honduras, their family returned to Tennessee, where they pastored the Busby Church of God in Loretto. Today, Paul and Kim are honored to serve as the lead pastors here at Alcoa Maryville Church of God.
